Directions

1. Always wear gloves and eye protection.
2. Clean the tire with Optimum Power Clean.
3. Rinse and thoroughly dry, if the surface looks blotchy, clean again.
4. Apply TPC to the surface evenly, working it into the surface.
5. When first applied it will have a blue tint, it will dry to black.
6. For a glossier appearance apply a second coat after 30-60 minutes.
7. Allow 4 hours before getting wet.
